Rice balls is one of the many foods my mother used to make for us kids, growing up in Korea. Here we are with my, mother, bother, sister and myself, having a picnic - too young to remember. However those Rice Balls were a staple in the my childhood, I remember them especially in the hot days, my mother would chill them in the refrigerators.
