Cool snack for the summer
1/2 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup OJ
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup of ice
1/2 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup OJ
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup of ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
put everything in the blender and blend till smooth, if you see that the smoothie is too thick add some water.
