Curried Chicken/Turkey Sandwich
1 cup of left over Chicken/Turkey
1/2 cup of onion
1/2 cup of apple
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 tablespoon of mayo
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
cracked pepper & salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of mayo, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, cracked pepper, and salt. Mix altogether, while the spices are mingling chop half an onion, and half an apple and mix with the sauce. Take your cooked left over chicken and turkey (about 1-1.5 cups)and chop up the same size as the onions and apple, then mix.
Lastly toast up some bread with any cheese you have in the fridge, once the bread is nice and toasty add the filling and your good to go.

COSTS:
Considering most people have most of the ingredients in this recipe, I would guesstimate that if would cost all over $5 max , just for the items that you may not have in your fridge.
