Perogies & Sausages

INSTRUCTIONS:
With the polish sausages and potato & cheese perogies I got at the New Poland Delicatessen I made a simple little mix of GOODNESS.
Boil some pre-made perogies, while that is heating up slice 1 whole sausages up and add to pan. Heat up 2 tbs of olive oil in a large pan, then chop up some garlic (1-2 cloves) add 1 tablespoon of coarse-grain mustard / French mustard and add to pan. Now that the sauce is ready add the perogies (after its been boiling for 1 minutes), and stir. Coat all the perogies into the sauce, turn down the heat to medium and let the perogies brown for another 1-2 minutes.
