While Bushwick is full of several eateries serving damn-tasty Spanish cuisine that's easy on the wallet (or purse, as the case may be), I'm singling "El Brillante" out for its amazing breakfast special: two eggs, home fries, toast, your choice of sausage, ham or bacon, AND a cup of coffee will only set you back THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS!! Couple this with amiable service, and you've got yourself a real winner. The only downside is that breakfast is only served until noon (which the management is very strict about), so late sleepers will miss out on the deliciously affordable fun. Remember to tip well!
