If you've been to restaurants in Italy where they charge extra for sitting down (usually in the tourist areas, I guess) you won't be surprised by the setup at this place.
Sitting down for lunch will cost you 4x as much as getting food to go at the lunch counter. Technically they don't have the same menu for the lunch counter but the quality is there.
Burritos, tacos and quesadillas are NOT authentic but have their own unique flavor which is surprisingly good. Order a bean, rice and cheese burrito ($3.50). With this, you'll get about 5 chips - seriously FIVE chips! Ordering a side of chips is not worth it unless you're really hungry.
Also, if you don't ask, they won't give you salsa but it is free if you do. I always get sour cream (extra 50 cents) too.
