I went to Socrates Sculpture Park for Mexican Day. I walk by a window with a big tub of simmering pork shoulders & green onions. Holy crap! I have no idea what it is.
The Mexican vendor at the park sold quesadillas and burgers? Afterwards I go back with friends to check out that tub of pork. They put on a show for me.

$1.50 for pork taco. Look at the whole green onion with bulb! tub of pork!
Looking at the menu now is see it says "Sincronizadas Gringos (Saudero) y Gringas $7.95". I don't understand spanish, but i hope has nothing to do with what to charge gringos?
