IF all you need is Love and Food is Love then what came first Food or Love? These are the daunting questions that come to be before I lay my head to sleep. I think Kim’s Aunt Kitchen Cart has is right on “Food is Love”, he believes it so much so that it is splashed on his food cart on 46th St. Near Sixth Ave.
So as my mind wonders (during those nights of restless sleep) who is this Auntie Kim, I mean it just doesn’t make any sense to me, is the cart guy Kim or does his have an Auntie who happens to own the cart. Then my brain gets mad at my stomach because inevitably my belly always wins, because when I was at Auntie Kim’s kitchen Cart I forgot to ask, I was too busy trying to get my chicken plate.
As for the food, Auntie is know for their cheapass $3.50 the fried-fish sandwich (choice of whiting, $3.50, or flounder, $4.50) served on Wonder bread, and their bulgogi ($6), thinly sliced beef, served over rice with side salad. But due to my bad luck with time I was left with little choices, well one choice, and was left with chicken over fried rice w/ bbq sauce and hot sauce. I didn’t except much but to my surprise it was tasty but then again anything drenched in BBQ sauce is good eating to me. As for my sleepless nights it’s the fried fish sandwich that is hunting me white or flounder, and what is white fish anyway aren’t most fish white???
