BBQ Chicken has been much blogged about/talked over water coolers and though it is a ginourmous franchise I too want know the future in snack foods, as Adam Kuban of Serious Eats put it. A “Col – Pop” is a pop outfitted in the customary soda pop container but within the pop, popcorn size fried chicken rest perfectly on top of the soda. So container, soda, container, popcorn bite size chicken all so cleverly disguised in one soda cup. Col-Pop nuggets are pretty tasty which are made from all-white-meat chicken with a nice salty flavor. I woudnt say it’s the best chicken I have tasted but not half bad and needless to say the whole inventions is quite convenient and hasslefree.
I tested my col-pop on the streets and found myself easily popin in bite size into my mouth. The chicken stayed hot and crunchy except for those last few on the bottom of the container, those where left a bit soggy.
