Excellent take-away spot for lunch, or just sit on the bench in front of the store. I ordered the tuna sandwich, which was mixed with red onions, capers, dill and mayonnaise on a wholegrain. I thought the ingredients all seem high quality here and very healthy, light with the mayo. Most sandwiches range $7 - $9 tuna, grilled steak, veggies, etc and most importantly there's desserts – muffins, scones, croissant, chocolate croissant, almond chocolate croissant and almond brioche all are priced right ranging from $1.25- $2.75.
Spoon may seem pricey to some but their service is great, and they “proudly and exclusively serve fair trade coffee”, which in my heart is important. Small business supporting other small business globally - big props to Spoon.

What is Fair Trade? Fair Trade ensures that farms receive fair prices for their goods ( i.e coffee in this case) and farming families benefit from education, healthcare, and housing. Fair trade goods was grown using sustainable methods including bird friendly, shade grown, and organic farming techniques protecting the environment.
