Anyone can now upload a photo of any of the cheap ass eateries on the site (as opposed to before where only the original poster could upload photos)

After reaching 500 cheap ass eats in New York we wanted to make it easier for new users to find cheap eats so we added filtering by Food, Neighborhood, and Tags on the search results page. We also added a browse page that lists all the neighborhoods and foods that we currently cover.
